We designed and executed an inclusive stakeholder engagement strategy covering national and county governments, community-based organizations, private sector actors and development partners. Key achievements included:
- Strategic consultations with over 50 stakeholders across 2 counties.
- Comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Report mapping policy alignment and catalytic finance opportunities.
- Development of a stakeholder database and tailored communication materials to support long-term visibility and learning.
